Humulene (Natural)

Humulene is a naturally occurring terpene that is commonly found in hops (scientific name humulus lupulus, from which humulene derives its name), but also in cloves, basil and functional botanicals. It has a very subtle earthy and woody aroma mixed with spicy herbal notes.

Even though functional botanicals are generally considered to be an appetite stimulant, humulene is known as an appetite suppressor. It's other medicinal benefits for humans includes being anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, and anti-tumor.
