Typically, all orders ship within 3-4 business days of purchase. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following week. During busy periods, including holidays and sales events, processing time may increase to 5-7 business days before your package is shipped.

Extract Consultants reserves the right to adjust shipping charges as needed. If an adjustment is necessary, a member of our customer service team will reach out to discuss the best options.

Expedited shipping is processed in the same order as standard shipping. If you need your order fulfilled faster, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

International Shipping Policy:
We are pleased to offer international shipping to our valued customers worldwide. Please review the following information regarding international orders:

  • Customs Fees & Import Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for details before placing an order.
  • Customs Clearance: International shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance procedures. While we strive to ensure smooth processing, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for international orders.
  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by destination and chosen shipping method. Available options will be displayed during checkout.
  • Shipping Restrictions: Some items may be restricted from international shipping due to legal or logistical reasons. Customers should review our list of prohibited items before placing an order.
  • Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking availability may vary based on shipping method and destination.
  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once they have been handed over to the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving it.

PO Boxes & Military Bases Policy

We are happy to ship orders to PO Boxes and U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Please note the following important details:

  • USPS Only: Due to security and delivery restrictions, only USPS is able to deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Private carriers cannot be used for these shipments.
  • Address Formatting: Military addresses must be entered using the correct format (APO/FPO/DPO, city, state, and ZIP code) to avoid delays or delivery issues.
  • Delivery Times: Orders shipped to military bases may experience longer delivery times due to military mail handling and customs processes. Estimated delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
  • Tracking: Tracking information will be provided when available, though tracking updates may be limited once the shipment enters the military postal system.
